What does everyone think of this? I'm a planner, organized, and life would be chaotic if I weren't. However, even though I plan, if things don't work out the way as anticipated, it is what it is. I do not fret anymore. What happened yesterday, happened yesterday. Of course, I schedule, but I don't "worry" about what is yet to come. I am mindful. What is happening today is where my mind is at. It seems to be a great practice for people like me who are constantly doing. I have a task, I am in that moment. Once that's done, if there is another task...I'm in that moment. Being mindful changed how I viewed life.
