Motivational Connection
"Believe in yourself, because I do."
Meditation
This strategy for motivation can be a good tool. Many people feel as if meditation is not real or it is just plain weird. It truly is not. Meditation can help motivate you in many way. Find a spot that is yours and yours alone. Add a few things on a stand that you look at when you are in your personal meditation space. I prefer incense, candles, and statues of buddha, gahehsa, and goddesses. I have rocks that have quotes and sayings on them. I have a pillow on the floor I lay my head on. My space is VERY zen and it is a reflection of myself. This is what your meditation space should be for you. It is yours and yours alone. Make that space YOU. Make it your sanctuary and make it a place where you can go, even if it's for 15 mintues out of your busy schedule to "just be".
Meditation can be a place of concentration, thinking, thoughts, contemplation, consideration, reflection, prayer, and cognitive thought.
Play relaxing music.
If you need a different type of music, play that. Do what you feel is right for your space. There are no rules with meditation. YouTube has awesome music you can play for meditation purposes.
The effect we wish to create through meditation is a calming peaceful place where we can find happiness.
Meditation is a useful practice to uncloud our brain and be in the present with beautiful thoughts and a peaceful presecnce.
Sometimes I meditate when I am outside gardening by doing breathing exercises. I use breathe guided meditation a lot when I am anxious about something. The options are endless if you open your mind to a new way of learning...
