About me
Welcome! Please call me Sarah. I am a lover of nature, gratitude, mindfulness, meditation, compassion, humanity, laughter, family, and love. I am just about the easiest going person you will meet and I love gathering and collaborating with new people. For many years I struggled with knowing just who I was. You know, the internal self that knows she was in there, but just couldn't find her niche. One thing I have learned throughout my journey of self was the acceptance of being vulnerable, and knowing that it is okay to express our weaknesses. Our weakness do not make us less of a person. I am not perfect and I have gone through struggles just like anyone else. I am human!
Along with true life experience, I have a BS in Psychology and I also have my certification in life coaching. I love to learn and believe I will always continue to learn, whether through daily life or education. I will start my MS in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy degree in September of 2016.
Why I am choosing a life coaching career?
I am choosing a life coaching career because I want to help people, like yourself, make a positive change in their lives! It is pretty simple, I have had to make drastic changes in my life to live healthy and balanced, and I want to help guide other people to do the same. Sometimes all we need is some guidance, a person who is organized to help us with a plan, and someone who will actively listen to our wishes. The change is in you, but sometimes getting a different perspective can make the situation clearer. Before you know it, you will be making AWESOME changes you might otherwise think impossible. NOTHING is impossible. Anything can be obtained, your options are endless, and soon you will begin to see sustainable and worthwhile change!
