The Habit Change
Habits are something we all succumb to. It is possible to change something if the desire is there to do. It is also possible to change a habit if a person has a good foundation and a plan to make that habit change sustainable. Remember...change is NOT fearful, change is GOOD!
I am not exempt from having to change habits that were not good for my health or my soul. We can also add to my habits that were not good for the budget such as shopping by impulse. The habit of studying intensely and not taking enough time to exercise. When I was upset, grapping a bag of potatoe chips instead of getting outside in the fresh air or with nature. You get the point, we all do it. We all make choices that sometimes are not in our best interest. Change can happen with a little work.
