Do you want your voice heard? How can you successfully go about having your voice heard?

Be kind. Be compassionate. Listen to one another.

Listen attentively.

We all have the right to our opinion. Will all will have opinions and sometimes we will agree to disagree. Does this give a person a right to bash another person’s ideas and beliefs?

No.

When you disagree with someone, do you give them the opportunity to educate you on their belief? Think about this.

If you have not, maybe now is the time to start.

We are all different, yet we are the same; we are human.

We all have communities and cultures to which we belong.

We are all beautiful despite our differences.

We live in a world where diversity is present, and each of our voices is valued.

Engage with people, learn from them something you do not know. Listen wholeheartedly.
