Motivation.
The concept that makes you take action for something you are passionate about.
What motivates you?
What do you think about this? Do you agree or disagree? I was speaking to someone close to me regarding my post and they mentioned that you do not have to be passionate about something to be motivated.
Although I understand (kind of) what this person was trying to express, I gave a scenario about something that recently happened. If this person wasn't passionate about what they believed in and the continual fight to accomplish something, where was the motivation coming from?
I am not saying that my way of thinking is the only way of thinking, but in order for us to take serious action, we must be motivated. In order to be motivated, we must have desire and be passionate about the situation.
If we do not feel passionate, where is our drive and motivation going to come from?
Do we obtain motivation by not liking a situation? Does motivation just happen?
What if someone were severely sad, how is that person going to obtain the motivation desired to take action and meet a goal?
My belief is we need to love what it is we are doing; we will need to be passionate if we want results. We will need to be motivated to see results.
What motivates you? I would love to hear your thoughts.
