"Take a moment for yourself"
Our lives can busy with a list that we feel we must complete each day. And partly, this may be true for some people that do not have the ability to make their own schedule, and have to follow someone else's schedule.
I pretty much have the ability to set my own schedule, other than for clients. Most of the time I have to meet their needs, not them meeting mine. But I also must be structured in my daily routine. If I don't push myself and stay dedicated to tasks, those tasks will never get done.
When there are a thousand things that must be accomplished...
remember to take time for yourself.
If you don't take care of you and learn to say no, you're going to feel that in the end. You will feel stressed and anxious.
It's really quite simple. Find a time during your day where you can do something that makes you happy. Maybe there is a project you've been wanting to do for a long time. Do that. Maybe you've been working on writing a book. It doesn't have to consume a good portion of your day, but take at least a half hour and devote this precious time to yourself.
You will feel much better as the days progress into the weeks, and I bet you won't feel stressed or anxious.
