Friday Affirmation
Today, I abandon my old habits and take up new, more positive ones.
What are some habits about yourself you don't like? What can you do to release those old habits and replace them with positive ones that will bring you great joy?
No one is exempt from having habits they wish to not have. If someone says they don't have a habit, this would mean they are a perfect person, and to my knowledge there is not a perfect individual.
We all have our imperfections.
This is okay.
This is called being human.
You can do this beautiful soul.
