Maintain integrity and truth through difficult times if you want peace in your life.

What is your definition of integrity?

My definition of integrity is good character, honesty, having strong moral principles, fairness, sincerity, being trustworthy, and being truthful. It is doing the right thing when something happens you don't like. It is thinking before reacting. It is silence with good thought.

Sometimes it is difficult to maintain integrity and truth when we are upset. We want to scream our frustrations, but truthfully this isn't going to solve our issue.

Maintain your truth and stay firm in the way you believe. You know the truth and you know what you believe. You don't owe an explanation or rebuttal to ignorance. It doesn't matter what anyone else says, what they believe, or how they behave for that matter, but it does matter how you behave. It is your conscience you have to live with.

Change your frustration and anger to positive thinking and positive being for you. Know you have a choice to remain with integrity.
