Good morning sweet souls!
Here is a good quote. It is not mine, but definitely worth sharing:
"Your mind will always believe everything you tell it. Feed it faith. Feed it truth. Feed it with love."
Sit back and think about this one. All of us are great at believing what we tell ourselves. Sometimes we are not fair to ourselves and we feed our brain with useless garbage. No one exempt here, I do it too! The difference is knowing how to acknowledge, accept, and move forward with a situation. It is okay to get frustrated, sad, angry, and upset over a situation. No one has the right to tell us how to feel or how to behave in our own being. The truth is what we feed our mind and how we behave only affects us.
But at the same time, do we really want to continue to feed our mind with frustration, sadness, or anger? Do we constantly want to be upset? Is that going to serve us a purpose? What purpose will that serve us? What will be the outcome if we continually feed our mind with negativity? I think we know the answer to the last one...
So be upset, but move past it.
Take whatever it is and acknowledge it. Replace your negatives words with positives words. Change your words around and most likely you will change the world you live in.
Feed your mind with lots of love, you deserve it!
Take one day at a time, don't worry over what you have no control over and feed your mind with truth.
